SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance


Prices of New York eggs are unchanged on larger sizes and Medium.
Regional and California prices are steady.  The undertone is
steady to barely steady.  Retail and distributive demand is
moderate to good in California, South Central and the Southeast,
while light to mostly moderate elsewhere.  Offerings are light
to moderate.  Supplies are in a full range, generally moderate
for trade requirements.  Market activity is moderate.  Breaking
stock offerings are light; demand is light to moderate.  Light
type fowl supplies are adequate for normal processing schedules.
