The bulk parts market is steady. Demand and offering light to moderate.      
Fresh tom breast meat market is steady, frozen steady with a weak            
undertone, tenderloins and white trims steady. Demand and offerings light    
to moderate and frozen tom breast meat offerings moderate. Thigh meat        
market is steady. Demand and offerings light to moderate. The mechanically   
separated turkey (MST) market is steady. Demand and offerings light to       
moderate. For domestic: fresh tom necks 31 cents, frozen hand defatted       
gizzards 74 cents frozen tails 38-44 cents and frozen grade A breast non     
basted 14-20 lbs. 165 cents delivered. For export: frozen scapula 118-120    
cents and fresh tom necks 29 cents delivered to  port or Border.
