The market on tenderloins and fresh tom breast meat is steady, frozen tom breast meat 
steady with mixed undertones.  The market on white trims is steady with a steady to 
firm undertone.  Offerings of white meat and white trims light to moderate with tom 
breast meat the most available.  The market on 4-8 lb. breasts is generally steady 
with mixed undertones.  Demand light.  Offerings mixed, mostly moderate.  The market 
on institutional sized bone-in breasts is steady to firm.  Demand moderate to good.  
Offerings very light to light.  The market on tom drums is steady to firm, mostly 
steady; balance of tom bulk parts generally steady.  Demand light to generally 
moderate with tom drums the most active.  Offerings very light to moderate with tom 
drums the least available.  The thigh meat market is steady with some finding a
