Weekly Eastern Region Breaking Stock                                            

Prices for breaking stock are steady to higher.  Trade sentiment is mixed,       
usually steady to lower.  Offerings are moderate to heavy.  Demand remains      
light to moderate.  Supplies are moderate to heavy. Schedules vary as some      
plant are breaking over the weekend.  Market activity is moderate.  Cases        
broken under federal inspection in the Eastern region for week ending           
05-Jan-2019 were 5% less than the previous week, but 8% higher than the         
same week last year.                                                            

Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight     
per 30 dozen case, eggs from table egg layers. Packaging may vary.
